Dr. Collins does not accept any insurance plans at this time, although she is happy to provide a superbill upon request to help clients with reimbursement. All fees are out-of-pocket expenses for families and are due at the time of service. Below are the fees for services described under the Services Section:

 

Telehealth Toddler Evaluation – $750
 

Telehealth Evaluation for Preschool and School-Aged Children – $1,000
 

Unstuck & On-Target! Group – $50 for a screening session (This fee is waived if the child is a pre-existing patient of Dr. Collins), and then $100 per weekly session
 

PEERS Group – $50 for a screening session (This fee is waived if the child is a pre-existing patient of Dr. Collins), and then $80 per session for child group and $80 per session for parent group (coming to a total of $160 per weekly session)

 

Other Services - Fees determined upon consultation with Dr. Collins
