Dr. Collins does not accept any insurance plans at this time, although she is happy to provide a superbill upon request to help clients with reimbursement. All fees are out-of-pocket expenses for families and are due at the time of service. Below are the fees for services described under the Services Section:

Telehealth Toddler Autism Evaluation (ages 12-36 months) – $750
 

Telehealth Autism Evaluation for Children (ages 3-17 years) – $1,000
