Fees for Services
Dr. Collins does not accept any insurance plans at this time, although she is happy to provide a superbill upon request to help clients with reimbursement. All fees are out-of-pocket expenses for families and are due at the time of service. Below are the fees for services described under the Services Section:
Telehealth Autism Evaluations – $1,250
Mobile Autism Clinic Evaluations – $1,500
Other Services - Fees determined upon consultation with Dr. Collins
